Your decisions are a product of past decisions.
Make smart decisions easier:
- Make fewer daily decisions. (tackle todo lists on multiple days)
- Imagine your decision as someone else’s. It’s less straining to offer advice than to make decisions.
- Not every choice is equally important. Save energy for decisions that truly matter.
