It’s not about how long you live; it’s about the quality in which you enjoy it.

At first it’s embarrassing how weak of a jogger I am. Remember, I’m not doing it for anybody else.
The first block is the hardest.
Getting out there to run is hard. Warming up is hard. The first ‘lap’ is hard… the desire to push can be hard to stop. Momentum is infectious.
