People who talk too much, including myself, are often uncomfortable.
Confidence is an accumulation of small victories.
It’s built like a house. Piece by piece, one brick at a time, starting from the foundation.
Confidence takes time.
Consistency is key.
Golfers tune up for matches by putting gimmes over and over before the first tee. Something about seeing the ball drop into the cup.
Confidence, like trust, is earned.
Hard to develop self confidence, just sitting down with both hands in the pocket.
Self confidence is not others’ responsibility.
Don’t be a confident asshole.
People often mistaken luck with merit. And so some strut about being shitty, having yet had their comeuppance. Normalcy bias.
